NAVSEA Seaport Enhanced

Naval Sea Systems Command, their Field Activities, the Naval Surface Warfare Centers, and Naval Undersea Warfare Centers, have established a Multiple Award Contract (MAC) for Engineering/Technical, and Programmatic Support Services. Services provided under this contract support the entire spectrum of Product Areas and Technical Capabilities that comprise these organizations.

Task Orders
TO 0002 - Fleet Training Architecture and Systems Reliability and Capabilities Study
Provide investigation, analysis, test, and evaluation support to PEO IWS 1A5 in support of a study of Navy fleet training architecture, systems, and processes to assess their current reliability, availability, capabilities, and limitations. These efforts shall be directed at preparing for, conducting, analyzing results, and reporting on investigative and test efforts designed to identify and assess factors impacting fleet training event success.
TO 0003 - Training Demonstration Project Support
The goal of this effort is to facilitate the execution of an in-port interoperability training event involving at least two BFTT/Link-16 capable ships pier-side at Naval Station Norfolk, the Center for Surface Combat Systems (CSCS) Dahlgren, the Combat Direction Systems Activity (CDSA) Dam Neck, the Tactical Training Group Atlantic (TTGL), the Federal German Navy (FGN) and the Royal Australian Navy (RAN).
TO 0004 - JNTC Architecture Support
Provide engineering support to the JMO in resolving joint training interoperability and integration issues, and developing JNTC architectural products.
TO 0005 - Multinational Software and Hardware Engineering Support
Support design, systems integration, test, documentation, engineering, training, Configuration Management (CM), supply and software development for systems and equipment.

TI 1 - FGN Support
Support the development of German Navy ship/shore based training system for various combat systems. This development includes integration of existing training components and development of new training system components.
TI 2 - FMS Project Support
Support development of a ship/shore based training system various combat systems. This development includes integration of existing training components and development of new training system components.
TI 3 - Taiwan Training System Support
Support the development of a shore based training system for the frigate class combat system. This development includes integration of existing training components and development of new training system components.
TI 4 - JNTC Architecture Support
Support the development of an initial site architecture definition for the Joint National Training Capability. This architecture will evolve from a sample model of the architecture using select sites to a complete version inclusive of all sites. This development includes integration of existing joint training capabilities into this architectural model to support major training event conduct and new training system capability development. This model will support correlation of joint training requirements both current and future to the required training infrastructure.
TI 5 - Coalition Distributed Engineering Plant
Support the development and initial structure and architecture of the Coalition Distributed Engineering Plant. This development includes integration of the DEP components with augmentation and adjustments to streamline the components to fit coalition needs.
TI 6 - Multinational Information Sharing (MNIS)
Support development of JFCOM's Multinational Information Sharing (MNIS) multi-level integrated architecture requirements and develop a MNIS and Multilevel Security (MLS) roadmap in support of the JNTC FY-08-FY13 POM.
TI 7 - Automated Personnel Tracking System
Provide engineering support, software development and project management support for the development of an automated personnel tracking system.
TI 10 - SPII
Address the growing need for development of improved processes addressing national and multi-national software acquisition management and software engineering issues.
TI 11 - MTMD
Develop an M&S architecture consisting of standards, interfaces, access control protocols, applied to the HLA Federation and with growth potential to include other mission areas in the future. Develop and demonstrate the capability to operate the HLA Federation across a secure internationally distributed network. Facilitate the future cooperative development of geographically distributed HLA Federations based upon the developed M&S architecture.
TI 12 - German Navy Support
Support the development of a German Navy ship/shore based training system for various combat systems. This development includes integration of existing training components and development of new training system components.
TI 13 - Shore Site Management Support
Support the development of a ship/shore based training system for various combat systems. This development includes integration of existing training components and development of new training system components.

Support the operation and upgrade of the JNTC Training Infrastructure Architecture (JTIA).
TI 18 - Software Process Improvement Initiative (SPII)
Address the growing need for development of improved processes addressing national and multi-national software acquisition management and software engineering issues.
TI 19 - Maritime Theater Missile Defense (MTMD)
Provide system component requirements analysis and definition, system component development and testing, system integration support, and engineering support services to Combat Direction Systems Activity (CDSA), Dam Neck, in support of the MTMD M&S Program Office.
TI 20 - DDG Load Device Replacement
Support the replacement of the magnetic tape and teletype devices aboard the Taiwan Navy ships.
